Clann is a family- centred project which enables the community to meet its common goals and changing needs by treating everyone equally while re-specting differences and working in an inclusive and creative way.
Clann Resource Centre was set up in December 2002 in response to the needs identified by the local people of Oughterard and surrounding areas. The needs are outlined in a three year work plan. The Centre is managed by a voluntary committee and there are three full time staff who run the centre. The work of the Centre encompasses community and family support.
